Siri AI opens to every app: developer preview lands in iOS 27.3
Apple released a Developer Preview that lets any app bring its content and actions into Siri AI through App Intents. It also adds "skills", which chain several actions into a single request. It's in the iOS, iPadOS, macOS and visionOS 27.3 betas, but App Store submissions don't open until spring.
Postman quietly plugs itself into Claude Code and Codex, now promises to ask
An open issue on Postman's GitHub reports that the desktop app, on update, installed its CLI and plugins for Claude Code and Codex without asking. It also added a session-start hook that instructs the agent, and approved that hook itself. On November 3, Postman replied that it will make the opt-in clearer for existing users and is reviewing the hook behavior.
Anthropic IPO update: $17B in revenue in a single quarter
In its amended IPO filing (S-1), Anthropic reports about $17B in Q3 revenue, up 47% from the previous quarter. It also reports a $23.29B net loss and about $895B in purchase commitments, almost all of it for compute and infrastructure.
